Experimental Video and Sound Art Channel

09 Aug

A few days ago I created a channel on Vimeo called Experimental Video and Sound Art. So far it features the work of Brian Routh and myself, and video Artist, Josephine Lipuma. I’m really impressed by Vimeo they seem to have very solid HD quality of the videos , easy streaming to many sites such as Facebook or Virb,  to  and a very well thought out social aspect to the site. Below is an example of one our ( Brian Routh and Patricia Wells) HD videos, Beelzebub’s Breath. As soon as I get to a permanent living arrangement (3 weeks now!) and I’m able to unpack my studio, I plan on uploading many more HD videos I have made to Vimeo.

If you have a video that you might want to share on this channel please leave me a comment here or in my Vimeo shout box.

Hey Patricia – Thanks for the post. Have been thinking about where to upload our 52WeekBurn videos, and while Vimeo doesn’t have the size that YouTube boasts, I think their quality is better too. Will probably follow your lead here. And maybe I’ll contribute something to your channel too!
